Shipping Policy

Shipping and handling fees will be that of the responsibility of the customer.  JTS Ltd. ships with DHL, and has for over 20 years. They have proven to be efficient and reliable in the delivery of three-dimensional artwork.

For clients that want their items shipped with another company of their choice, JTS Ltd. would NOT be responsible for shipping cost or any damages incurred (if any) as a result of using their specified shipping company.

Return & Exchange Policy

JTS Ltd.'s return policy requires that should an item(s) be purchased and delivered damaged the item(s) would be fully replaced free of charge.  However, the client (hereinafter referred to as the purchaser) would have to assume responsibility for all shipping and handling charges for the replacement/exchange.  Damages MUST be reported within 24 hours of receiving artwork, along with a photograph.   If dissatisfied with the product we will replace it with an item(s) that is of equal or lesser value.
